Lawrence Thomas Jablecki received his B.A. degree in Philosophy from Southern Nazarene University, his M.A. degree from Vanderbilt University, and his Ph.D. from Manchester University in England. He served as the Director of the Brazoria County Community Supervision and Corrections Department from 1985 until his recent retirement. He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Rice University in Houston. |
